ALR applies to Enterprise licenses and covers ongoing support, industry-specific updates, and maintenance. The 17% Basic tier provides standard support. The 25% Standard tier adds two process audits per year to identify workflow gaps and improvements. The 32% Premium tier includes four process audits per year for continuous optimisation.
The TCO breakdown shows year-by-year costs for each plan. Enterprise licenses have a higher upfront cost but typically become more economical over time compared to ongoing subscriptions, especially for larger teams. ALR renewal increases by 5% annually to adjust for inflation.
Yes. For licenses above ₹7,00,000 we offer 3 installments: 40% at initiation, 30% after module setup and training, and 30% at go-live. Below ₹7,00,000, we offer 2 installments: 50% at initiation and 50% at go-live. If you pay the full amount upfront, you receive an additional 8% cash discount on the license fee.
